Dear brothers and sisters:
All the Brazil Team, Marta and Irejoice in the Lord as He gave us another victorious year here in Brazil, in spite of all struggles we went through this year. Please, rejoice with us as you read this short list of His goodness in behalf of our ministry.
1.International Ministry. We have been able to send 137 leaders to the international training, thanks to the investment of so many donors around the world. We have also sent 7 potential Brazilian faculty to participate at the International Faculty Development Seminar and have reached now the number of 14 Brazilians teaching at the international level. Twenty-four new wonderful stories of these man and women were published in the international website.
2.National Seminars. We have been able to train 221 Brazilian leaders through national seminars in Salvador, Curitiba and in Campinas. The two national seminars in Campinas were tremendous; the one held in October was especially great and the best in many years. We have also trained 111 leaders through the Alumni Development Seminars and 275 pastors through the Communication Seminars.
3.National Faculty. We saw 54 new potential faculty go through the Brazilian Faculty Development Seminars we have offered this year. 36 international and national faculty taught at the National and State Seminars and 180 local alumni taught in church seminars.
4.Executive Secretaries. We have chosen the first seven Executive Secretaries in our history, and they have made a tremendous difference in our ministry in their home states. They were able to promote 7 out of 8 State Seminars with 193 participants and used by God to promote the vastmajority of the 78 one-day seminars held in local churches, reaching out to 2,174 leaders.

Adelécio, Jônatas, Roberto Amorim, LívioAguinaldo, Kelly, Roberto Chenk
5.H.I. Brazil Team. Our staff was reduced to only seven people this year, but this tremendous team wasefficient and effective enough to deal with a heavier work load; volunteers also helped in the areas of multimedia, journalism and communication, so that God turned this year in a memorable one.

Adenice, Christian, Nilson, Ebenezer, Ana RuthMaeli, Eliane, Marta
6.Problems and Creativity. Creative ideas sprung out of staff prayer and discussion meetings, as we sought God’s leading and man’s expertise to solve problems. Our team became more focused on the essence of our ministry and we saw the fruit that comes out of doing more what we do best.
7.Finances. Even though we lost some of our donors, new ones joined the ministry and we were able to supply and surpass our financial needs in 2007. We have no debts and a strong faithful Board giving us direction.

In Christ Jesus,
